Time for another Wednesday Workout! Bit late posting this one which is kinda ironic since it’s been sitting on the card in the camera for over 5 days! Hey ho! Anyway, this one is #9 and it’s back to interval training. 4 exercises, 10 reps of each exercise choosing the modification/progression you need. Either continue for 10 total rounds, or do AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) for 20 mins.
I joined in for 5 rounds this workout. I have such an issue with AMRAPS and talking through the video. I totally lose count when I’m talking… guess the key there – DON’T TALK! lol! So try not to count my reps ;P If you watch the video there is a bit at the end that’s worth watching, doggy fitness! Sky does a mad lap of the pool then comes in for a slide to homebase (which is my mat!). Lots of dog action in this one, enjoy!
